We want every order from Al Furqan Herbal to arrive in good condition. This Return Policy covers all products on our online store, including herbal hair oil, shilajit, saffron (zafran), and any other product sold on alfurqanherbal.com.
1. Please check the parcel
When the order arrives, please check the box before the courier leaves if you can. Look at the product name, the quantity, and the seal.
2. Damaged, wrong, or missing items
Contact us within 2 days of delivery if:
The product is damaged, leaked, or broken
You received a different product from the one you ordered
An item is missing
The seal was already open when the parcel arrived
The product is not as described on its product page
Please send your name, phone number, order number, and clear photos of the product and the outer parcel. We will replace the item or refund the price you paid for it. If the problem is our mistake or damage during delivery, you do not pay an extra charge for the replacement.
3. If you change your mind
You may ask to return a product within 7 days of delivery when all of the following are true:
The product has not been used
The factory seal is still intact
The original box and packing are in good condition
The product can be sold again
Please contact us first. We will tell you if the item can be returned and how to send it.
4. Opened herbal and personal-care products
For hygiene and safety, we cannot accept a change-of-mind return after the seal is opened. This includes opened hair oil, shilajit, saffron, and other herbal, food, or personal-care products.
This does not apply when the item is damaged, wrong, missing, or not as described. Those orders are covered by section 2, even if the seal is open.
5. How to request a return
Contact us before you send a parcel back, so it is not lost on the way.
Tell us the order number, the product name, and the reason. Wait for our reply before shipping anything back.
6. Refunds
After we receive and check the returned product, we refund the product price. If we or the courier caused the problem, we also refund any delivery charge you paid for that order.
For a Cash on Delivery order, the refund is sent by bank transfer, or by another method we agree with you when we speak. Please allow up to 7 working days after the refund is approved.
We cannot refund a product that was damaged after delivery by misuse, or an opened product returned only because of a change of mind.
7. Discounted products
A product bought on offer can still be replaced or refunded if it is damaged, wrong, missing, or not as described. A change-of-mind return of a discounted product follows section 3.
