The name, phone number, and delivery address you give us must be correct. A wrong phone number or address can delay the order or cause the courier to return it.

Each product page shows the name, price, size, and description. We may add, update, or remove products, including herbal products and other goods, as the store changes.
Our herbal and wellness products are for general daily care. They are not a substitute for advice from a doctor, and they are not meant to diagnose, treat, or cure a disease. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under medical care, or giving a product to a child, please ask a qualified doctor before use and read the product page carefully. Keep all products out of the reach of children.
Results are different for every person. Photos are for guidance. The colour or packaging you receive may look slightly different from the picture on the screen.
4. Orders
When you place an order on the website, by phone, or on WhatsApp, you are asking us to sell you those products. The order is accepted when we confirm it or when we dispatch it. We may confirm an order by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price was shown by a clear mistake, we cannot reach you, or the address is incomplete. If you have already paid and we cancel, we refund the amount you paid for that order.
Please check the product name, quantity, phone number, and address before you confirm the order.
5. Prices
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees. A price may change before you place the order. The price confirmed at checkout, or confirmed by our team, is the price for that order, unless there is an obvious mistake and we speak to you before dispatch.
A delivery offer, including free delivery where the website shows it, applies only as stated on the website at the time you order. If a delivery charge applies, it is shown before the order is confirmed.
6. Payment
You can pay with the payment methods shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery is available where the website offers it. Please keep the order amount ready for the courier on Cash on Delivery orders.
We never ask for your card number, password, or one-time code on WhatsApp, SMS, or email. Please do not send those details to anyone who claims to be from the store.
7. Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery time depends on your city, the courier, and whether the product is in stock. The courier may call the phone number on the order, so please keep that phone nearby.
Please check the parcel when it arrives. If something is damaged, missing, or not what you ordered, please follow our Return Policy.
8. Your account
If you create an account, please keep the login details private. You are responsible for orders placed through your account. Contact us if you think someone else has used it.
9. Website content
The name Al Furqan Herbal, our logo, product photos, and the text on this website belong to the store unless we say otherwise. Please do not copy them for another business without our written permission.
10. Responsibility
We take care in packing orders and writing product descriptions. We are not responsible for a delay caused by the courier, weather, an incomplete address, or another event outside our control. These terms do not remove any right you have under the laws of Pakistan.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the store or the law changes. The date at the top of this page will show when they were last updated. An order that is already confirmed follows the terms that were published when you placed it.
